Jason Holman
Artisan Winemaker + Winery Owner
Jason Holman is an award winning vintner who lives in Napa Valley and is the father of three beautiful kids. He fell in love with winemaking and apprenticed in South Africa, France, Germany, Spain and Italy as well as California. Jason specializes in minimal intervention wine making and is the owner of Holman Cellars, located in the grape crusher district of Napa, Ca. He is widely known for his use of the ancestral method (a method from the 1500's) to make sparkling wine and he has honed this method under his personal wine brand, Uncharted. He offers private tours and tastings of Uncharted red, white and sparkling wine at Holman Cellars Tasting Room. He also owns Rebel Vintners, a tasting room in downtown Napa where Uncharted is featured and poured.
Jason has been winemaking for over a decade and has played an integral role in launching dozens of small wine brands. He is a very successful, yet down to earth and an approachable winemaker who loves to share his passion for wine with others.
